Vergiftigingen door choline- esterase remmers of parasympaticolytica.
Bij premedicatie voor anaesthesie: 0,03 mg-0,1 mg/kg SC
Als antidoot bij choline-esterase remmers: 0,2- 1 mg/kg| 1/3 van de dosering IV, de rest SC.
